2-hour sessions, with up to 30-minutes of homework per week
Participants will engage fully and be prepared

Technology: Sessions are in person, but you are welcomed to join via Zoom with advanced notice. Please ensure you have a reasonable connection for video calls and commit to being present and distraction-free.
